I am an empathic transformational counselor and coach who instinctively has been helping others for years. I am a survivor of narcissistic abuse. I have been on an inner journey of healing and spiritual growth for 25 years. I am trained and certified through the Elmira Strange Psychology and Counseling Academy, which is accredited by the International Association of Therapists.
